Job Title: Techno Commercial Executive Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc. Microbiology / MBA (Biotechnology or Life Sciences) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Techno Commercial Executive to support our sales operations for a leading biotechnology company.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong scientific background who are interested in building a career in techno-commercial sales and customer support within the Life Sciences industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Sales Manager and Sales Team to manage quotations, customer follow-ups, tender submissions, lead validation, and other commercial activities while leveraging their technical knowledge of molecular biology products and services. Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Support Prepare and submit quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and inquiries. Validate and qualify sales leads generated by the sales team. Coordinate and submit tenders through GeM and non-GeM procurement platforms.
Support order processing and maintain commercial documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Assist the sales team with day-to-day techno-commercial activities.
Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services. Provide basic technical information and coordinate with technical teams whenever required. Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and reports. Prepare sales-related MIS and documentation. Perform other responsibilities assigned by the National Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile Educational Qualification M.Sc. Biotechnology M.Sc. Microbiology MBA (Biotechnology/Life Sciences) Equivalent Life Sciences qualification with relevant experience Experience 1–3 years of experience in a techno-commercial, sales support, inside sales, or customer support role within the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant internship experience may also be considered. Technical Knowledge Candidates should possess basic knowledge of one or more of the following: Primer Synthesis Gene Synthesis Sanger Sequencing Molecular Biology Products and Services Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer interaction and relationship management abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Attributes Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Quick learner with strong business acumen. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
