Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at UPDOT. The SDR will be responsible for managing inbound leads, engaging prospective clients, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups and tailored proposals. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. The SDR will also be responsible for lead generation through networking, cold outreach, and market research, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs and seamless onboarding. Primary responsibility will include: Inbound Lead Management: • Respond promptly to enquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems. • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings. • Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups Client Engagement: • Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demonstrations. • Address client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs. Closing Deals: • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations. • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Account Growth: • Develop relationships with new clients to convert them into long-term partners. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value. Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Identify and research potential clients in target markets. • Generate leads through networking, online research, and cold outreach Market Research & Strategy: • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities • Contribute to business growth strategies and plans Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on client needs. • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service
