Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Delhi, India.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and relocation partners, to expand occupancy and revenue. The representative will manage the sales pipeline, conduct property presentations and site visits, and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing local marketing campaigns, maintaining online listings and promotional materials, and gathering market insights to support pricing and positioning strategies.
The role also requires providing responsive customer service, coordinating with operations and front-office teams, and preparing regular sales and performance reports. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams. Customer Service capabilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest and partner experience.
Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities for serviced apartments. Training experience to support onboarding and guidance for new team members or partner representatives on offerings and processes. Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or corporate accommodation sales is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple accounts, and meet defined sales targets. Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and online travel/booking platforms is an advantage. Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial.
