Overview The Commercial Talent Associate will report directly to the Commercial Talent Director (India) and work with a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Associate plays an integral role in the success of The Talent Group by collaborating with both the creative and sales and marketing teams to help process, create and execute talent-driven projects. This role will have a special focus on helping to facilitate and support influencer strategy and campaigns in addition to traditional talent management.
Primary Responsibilities Support the Talent Director in processing, crafting and implementing commercial talent programming. Source, scout, cast and book talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns and client campaigns. Identify talent that matters to the Conde Nast audience across entertainment, food, fashion, design, beauty, fitness, tech, etc.
Such talent may include tastemakers, entrepreneurs, influencers, celebrities, etc. Pitch and present talent to client and agency partners Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production. Desired Skills & Qualifications 4-5 years of related experience.
Experience with talent briefing, campaign management and reporting. Knowledge of talent landscape required, e.g. who is trending, general fee structure, representation. Experience creating proposals for both talent and clients i.e. building decks, timelines, budget sheets, etc.
Knowledge of talent + social platform ecosystem; how content lives on the platforms and how we leverage for our client’s strategies. Must have relationships with Talent Agencies, PR Firms, Digital Influencer Agencies, Record Labels, Model Agents, etc. Knowledge of contractual talent booking including: preparing contracts, legal/talent negotiations, content usage, ect.
Experience with talent-driven white label and branded content, e.g. sponsorships, advertising, posts, events, native, etc. Must have experience in crafting campaigns and deals with all forms of talent including but not limited to: Digital influencers, celebrities, chefs, entrepreneurs, bloggers, artists, athletes, musicians, designers, etc.
