Role Description This full-time Mechanical BIM Modeler role is a hybrid position based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Mechanical BIM Modeler will develop and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical building systems, coordinating closely with MEP and architectural teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, creating and updating 3D models, ensuring model accuracy and compliance with relevant standards, and supporting design and documentation workflows. The role involves clash detection, model coordination across disciplines, and preparation of drawings and schedules to support design reviews and construction documentation.

The Mechanical BIM Modeler will collaborate with project engineers and consultants to deliver high-quality, coordinated outputs on schedule. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows; ability to create and manage detailed mechanical models. Understanding of Architecture and building systems coordination; experience working with multidisciplinary design teams.

Hands-on experience as a Modeler for mechanical systems; ability to interpret and translate design intent into accurate 3D models. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and standards; familiarity with integrated building services design. Ability to read and develop Construction Drawings, layouts, and documentation for mechanical building services.

Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (diploma or degree preferred). Experience with common BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent) and basic understanding of clash detection processes. Attention to detail, strong spatial and technical visualization skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
