Role Description This full-time remote role as a Business Development Engineer focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive company growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing technical insights to clients.

The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Strong Business Development and New Business Development skills Proven Sales skills with the ability to achieve and surpass targets Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences Advanced Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and customer needs Problem-solving mindset with technical knowledge in Test & Measurement Instruments and associated industries Self-motivated, adaptable, and proficient in managing remote work environments Experience in R&D, Aerospace, or Defense industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
