Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-house Architect, based in Mumbai. The Architect will assist in design and develop architectural plans, create innovative design solutions, and oversee project implementation. Responsibilities include ensuring integration between architectural components and other project elements, managing project timelines, and collaborating with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role may also involve conducting site visits to ensure designs are executed with precision. Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture concepts with a focus on high-quality and sustainable solutions Talent in Project Management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, and adhere to deadlines Experience in Software Development and Integration to support design processes and use of relevant architectural software tools Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a creative mindset to develop innovative and feasible solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors Professional degree in Architecture or related field (e.g., B.Arch, M.Arch or equivalent) and registration as an architect. minimum of 4-5 years of experience.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes is a plus Relevant industry experience and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools
