Role Summary We are hiring an Analyst Relations Specialist to own relationships with industry analysts β€” Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, Everest, and more β€” and position Concierto in analyst frameworks, rankings, and market reports. This is not a passive engagement role.

Beyond briefings and submissions, you will build relationships with buy-side analysts that directly contribute to pipeline creation β€” driving invitations to customer RFIs and RFPs, influencing enterprise buying decisions, and ensuring Concierto is represented in the rankings that matter. Key Responsibilities Analyst Engagement & Rankings Build and manage an analyst engagement program: regular briefings, inquiries, advisory days across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, Everest, and Avasant. Own analyst briefing calendar with regular briefings across major firms.

Drive RFI/RFP submissions and ensure strong representation in relevant analyst rankings and reports. Target placement in key analyst frameworks and rankings (Everest PEAK Matrix, ISG Provider Lens, Gartner MQ adjacencies, Forrester Wave adjacencies). Position Concierto as a differentiated platform in cloud migration, managed services, and enterprise transformation landscapes.

Pipeline Contribution Through Analyst Influence Build strong relationships with buy-side analysts who advise enterprise customers on vendor selection β€” driving invitations to customer RFIs and RFPs. Leverage analyst relationships to support active sales opportunities: analyst references, inquiry support for deal teams, and analyst-backed credibility for competitive deals. Track analyst-influenced pipeline: deals where analyst engagement, reports, or references contributed to opportunity creation or progression.

Content Amplification & Internal Intelligence Amplify analyst mentions, citations, rankings, and favorable reports across all marketing channels to support demand generation. Produce quarterly analyst intelligence briefs for leadership: competitive shifts, market trends, and positioning recommendations. Integrate Gartner Peer Insights into project closure workflows and customer marketing.

Required Experience 5–8 years in analyst relations, industry analyst roles, or enterprise technology marketing with heavy AR component. Established relationships with analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, or Everest is a strong advantage. Experience positioning enterprise platforms in analyst frameworks and rankings.
