Production Manager

Role: Production Manager Location: Jaipur Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations for our new silver factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, productivity improvement, quality adherence, and ensuring timely delivery of output. Candidates from the jewellery manufacturing background are preferred; however, professionals from similar high-precision manufacturing industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day factory production operations and ensure smooth workflow. Develop and execute production plans aligned with business demand. Drive productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization across teams.

Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and line workers. Ensure production targets are met within timelines and quality standards. Monitor wastage, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with planning, quality, procurement, and warehouse teams. Implement SOPs and improve shop-floor discipline and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Track KPIs related to output, efficiency, rejection, and turnaround time. Carry out new product development of file silver jewellery Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in production/manufacturing. Strong expertise in production planning, workforce management, and productivity improvement.

Experience in setting up or scaling factory operations will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. What We’re Looking For Strong people management capabilities.
