Senior Odoo Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Odoo Project Manager role based in India, with two openings. The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery - discovery, BRD, sandbox and demo cycles, phased implementation, and go-live - across multiple concurrent Odoo engagements for US and international clients. This is a client-facing delivery role, not a coordination-support role: the PM will run stakeholder conversations directly, manage scope and commercial risk in real time as engagements evolve, and make judgment calls on version, sequencing, and feasibility that keep projects on track. The role requires navigating real friction - scope expanding mid-engagement, misaligned stakeholder priorities, demos that need mid-course correction - and resolving it in a way that protects both the contract and the client relationship.

The PM will work closely with delivery and engineering teams to translate client requirements into buildable scope, and will report directly into leadership with room to grow into a senior delivery-lead role as the firm scales. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Odoo implementation delivery, including 2+ years specifically in a Project Manager / delivery-lead capacity Direct, sustained experience managing US or international clients - comfortable owning calls, pushback, and scope conversations independently Working functional knowledge across core Odoo modules (CRM, Project, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting) sufficient to sanity-check feasibility in real time Demonstrated experience managing scope creep, commercial risk, or stakeholder misalignment on a live engagement, with a track record of resolving it without losing the client Strong skills in project planning, task coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking across concurrent engagements Ability to translate ambiguous, non-technical requirements into clear, buildable scope for technical teams Comfort operating with incomplete information and lean documentation in a fast-moving services environment Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client and cross-functional collaboration Bonus: experience with Odoo.sh, multi-entity clients, or field-service/mobile-first implementations Compensation Two seats available for senior individual contributors with direct client and delivery ownership, reporting to leadership, with growth potential into a delivery-lead role as NSquare's engagement volume scales.
