Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project planning and execution from initial concept through completion. The role also involves reviewing design feasibility, integrating structural and technical considerations, and overseeing design revisions to maintain quality and consistency across projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.

Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and overseeing project deliverables. CAndidate should possess experience between 1-5 years. Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience in architectural practice. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in India is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of accuracy and detail.
