Facilities Manager – Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 – Location: Bristol. Overview This is an autonomous lead role where you will manage a small team in a varied & interesting Monday‑Friday position. It offers the opportunity to make a real stamp on the department and to demonstrate your technical lead as an expert in facilities management. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance of a busy engineering company. Manage budgets, plan and deliver projects. Lead and support a small maintenance team. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of UK health & safety and facilities compliance requirements. Confident communicator able to work across operational teams.
