About Kaira Earth Kaira Earth is an Organic & Natural Lifestyle experience development company having 5 verticals, namely – Protected & Open Farming systems Gir Cow Gaushala establishment & operations Picnic & Short-stay nature-oriented experiences Natural Healing & Vedic lifestyle implementation packages Organic Events Vision to promote conscious eating & natural living across different regions of India, through innovative natural space development Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Agriculture Field Executive to manage day-to-day farm activities, monitor crop health, and ensure the implementation of best agricultural practices at our protected farming sites.

Key Responsibilities Monitor daily farm operations and crop growth. Supervise sowing, transplanting, irrigation, pruning, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. Ensure implementation of organic farming protocols and SOPs.

Monitor pest and disease incidence and recommend appropriate control measures. Maintain crop health records and field observations. Coordinate with farm labour and ensure timely completion of activities.

Monitor irrigation, fertigation, and nutrient management. Ensure proper maintenance of polyhouse, net house, irrigation systems, and farm infrastructure. Assist in yield estimation and harvest planning.

Collect field data and submit daily reports to the Agriculture Operations team. Ensure quality standards are maintained during harvesting and packing. Support implementation of new farming techniques and trials.

Required Skills Knowledge of crop production and agronomy. Understanding of organic farming and protected cultivation. Basic knowledge of pest and disease identification.

Good observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors in agricultural environments. Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel between farm locations.
