Bid Management – Roles & Responsibilities Total Experience: 6-14 Years Location: Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore • Bid Management Assemble the right bid team, develop pursuit summary, build pursuit plan, and execute it. Coordinate with stakeholders to define pursuit strategy and solution direction. Develop pursuit responses and commercials aligned to win themes.

Ensure high‑quality bid submissions. Responsible for RFP/RFI conversion (%) and TCV‑based deal conversion. Support large deals and vendor empanelment activities. • Deal Pricing Perform deal modeling and simulations. • Client Visit Management Develop visit agenda, plan & schedule customer visits.

Prepare content for presentations. Coordinate and manage all visit‑related activities. • Knowledge Management Develop reusable content and enrich pursuit repositories. Additional Role Context Work as part of a highly competent team of self‑managed professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Skills & Experience Required Experience in Tier‑1 IT services with 8+ years total experience, including 6+ years in Bid Management / Pre‑sales. Proven experience managing large or complex bids as Bid Manager / Solution Owner / Commercial Owner / Sales Lead / Response Owner. Strong business development experience in complex solution environments with senior‑level interaction.

Excellent organizational, facilitation, and project management skills. Strong client‑facing capability and stakeholder management skills. High credibility with strong influencing skills (internal and external).

Determined, proactive, and enthusiastic in driving pursuits to successful closure.
