This position emphasizes the importance of integrating Indigenous knowledges into curricula and supporting faculty development to enhance teaching effectiveness. Your contributions will help bridge traditional and contemporary learning methodologies for a well-rounded educational experience. Key Responsibilities: โข Develop frameworks for Indigenous-centered learning initiatives โข Conduct workshops to aid faculty in course design โข Coordinate land-based and experiential learning opportunities โข Promote Indigenous perspectives within educational practices โข Facilitate community engagement and focus groups Requirements: โข Masters Degree in Education or similar area โข Must identify as a Canadian Indigenous person โข Experience in program development for adult learners โข Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and education research โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills Lead initiatives that promote Indigenous education and create lasting impacts at RRC Polytech. #J-18808-Ljbffr
