Workforce Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities End-to-end allocation of employees based on skills, experience, and availability Conduct utilization reviews and manage bench effectively Track RM metrics and provide actionable insights Support project managers in resolving resource gaps and conflicts Lead capacity planning and resource reallocation for delivery timelines Prepare MIS reports on utilization, availability, and variance Collaborate across teams for cross utilization and hiring needs Identify process gaps and recommend improvements Core Skills Required • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis) • Understanding of RM lifecycle and staffing processes • Strong communication & stakeholder management • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Excellent time management & multitasking skills Performance Metrics • Utilization % and bench optimization • Accuracy and quality of resourcing decisions • Stakeholder satisfaction • Efficiency in resolving staffing issues Qualifications & Experience • 3–5 years of relevant experience (Associate level) • Master’s degree in HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field • Strong focus on resource allocation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
