Job Title: IT Project Manager- Banking client experience Required Location: Sheffield – Hybrid (3Days Onsite) Duration: 6Months+ Rate: 500GBP/Day Inside IR35 Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and digital transformation programs within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional global teams, driving large-scale technology implementations, overseeing governance and financial management, and leading strategic initiatives across banking and regulated industries. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and technology transformation programs. • Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate global teams of up to 30+ resources across multiple locations and functions. • Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. • Lead system implementations, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, application transformations, and data migration initiatives. • Work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders. • Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, controls monitoring, and executive-level status reporting. • Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design, and solution validation activities. • Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers. • Support change management, training, adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives.
