Manager, HVAC and BAS Operations McMaster

Manage Building Automation and HVAC operations efficiently at McMaster University's Central Campus. This pivotal role focuses on system integration and technical leadership to enhance campus sustainability. In this managerial position, you will oversee all HVAC and BAS operational aspects across McMaster’s numerous buildings.

Responsibilities include driving performance improvements, compliance with codes, and effective management of unionized staff. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert to support building renovations and technological advancements.
