Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong understanding of social media trends, and can create engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube. Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce compelling campaigns and creative assets. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance monitoring. Build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners to increase brand visibility. Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools. Experience using analytics platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with paid social advertising. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

Photography and video editing skills are a plus. Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
