Job Description

RQ10705 - Int. Software Developer (MS D365) ONSITE 5 days - Downsview, Toronto or St. Catharines.

Software development and technical product knowledge of various collaboration tools including SharePoint, PowerApps design, .Net development and HTML knowledge. The Resource will be contributing to the ongoing development of a Digital Portal, using various tools and products to capture info, present it in multiple ways via dashboards, reports and executive summaries. Prepare appropriate documentation to ensure existing project team has the information required to continue with ongoing development efforts.

Design a report to show the status of SLA signatories – including linkages to eApprovals and how the Digital Portal can illustrate in a centralized fashion the progression. Track SLA signatories within the Digital Portal, and also other integration points to support the SLM SLA process. The eventual end‑state could include finding ways to populate the Service Catalogue with content captured in the Digital Portal.

Key Responsibilities Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications. Develop detailed programming specifications, write and generate code, compile data‑driven programs, and conduct unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation, including implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Develop internet‑ready applications using rapid application development (RAD) methodologies. Review, analyze, and modify product installation scripts (encoding, testing, debugging). Provide post‑implementation support and resolve any post‑implementation technical issues.

Conduct design walkthrough sessions with the project team. Provide user and system documentation as required. Must Have Experience in solution development and analysis with MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (creating and customizing Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Security configurations, Power Pages).

Experience with Agile DevOps development methodology, version control repositories, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices. Experience with middleware and gateways.

Knowledge and understanding of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards. Experience with Government of Ontario – Information Technology Standards (GO ITS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
