Role and Responsibilities Working alongside regional leadership, you’ll act as a key technical voice within transport planning and engineering, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects that improve connectivity, accessibility and infrastructure performance. You will collaborate with a supportive, forward‑thinking team on complex, meaningful transport projects, helping shape sustainable, connected communities. About You A degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline Chartered status or working towards (CIHT, ICE, TPS or equivalent) Proven experience in transport assessments, modelling and scheme development Strong understanding of development planning and highway design principles Experience producing transport statements, strategies and feasibility studies Confidence leading technical delivery and managing stakeholder relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills We still encourage candidates who do not tick every box; we hire people, not checklists.
