Civil Engineer – Leeds (Hybrid) An established, multi‑disciplinary consultancy with an excellent reputation across the UK is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join its growing infrastructure team in Leeds. Working as part of a highly experienced team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments from planning through to construction. Responsibilities Contribute to the design of drainage, highways and development infrastructure schemes, including SuDS, surface and foul water drainage, levels, earthworks and external works.
Prepare technical designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Undertake drainage modelling using MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage. Support projects through feasibility, planning, detailed design and construction stages.
Work closely with clients, local authorities, LLFAs, water companies and internal multidisciplinary teams. Support Graduate Engineers and collaborate with teams across transport planning, structural engineering and environmental disciplines. Qualifications & Experience Experience within a UK consultancy environment.
Good understanding of highways and drainage design for development projects. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage is advantageous. Knowledge of Section Agreements including S104, S106, S38 and S278.
