Your Role as Senior Contracts Manager: Lead contract management & procurement strategy across responsive repairs and planned works Drive value for money, commercial performance & supplier optimisation Oversee external contractors , ensuring delivery against time, cost & quality KPIs Provide technical and financial expertise across construction and programme management Influence strategic spend decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives Your experience as a Senior Contracts Manager: Strong background in construction contract management within complex environments Proven experience managing suppliers, frameworks and procurement processes Knowledge of JCT, NEC2/NEC3 contracts and public sector regulations Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings, performance improvements & KPI outcomes Experience leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders across services This Senior Contracts Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving commercial excellence while leading high-performing teams and influencing strategic outcomes.
