Battersea, London | £45,000–£55,000 Base | Double OTE | Uncapped Commission We're looking for an SDR Manager to lead a team of 4 SDRs while remaining hands-on with outbound strategy and pipeline generation. This is a true player-coach role, with your time split roughly 50/50 between developing your team and driving your own number. If you enjoy coaching people, improving performance, and leading from the front, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a business that genuinely values sales development. What you'll be doing Leading, coaching and developing a team of 4 SDRs Running regular 1:1s, call reviews and development plans Carrying your own target and generating pipeline Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement Working closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise outbound performance Using data and insights to improve individual and team results What we're looking for SDR leadership experience, or a proven track record developing junior team members Strong outbound prospecting skills across phone, email and LinkedIn A passion for coaching and helping others succeed Commercially driven and highly accountable No closing experience required Why join?
