CPL in partnership with a leading private clinic are looking for a passionate sales professional specialising in consultative selling, premium skincare, wellness solutions, and exceptional client experiences. Skilled in building long-term client relationships, identifying individual needs, and recommending tailored products and treatment plans to achieve both client satisfaction and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their skincare, wellness, and aesthetic goals, recommending personalised products and treatment plans.

Consistently meet and exceed retail sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering a personalised, luxury customer experience. Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and expected results to support informed purchasing decisions.

Develop expert knowledge of premium skincare, wellness products, supplements, and aesthetic treatments. Stay informed on new product launches, industry developments, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with clinicians and therapists to ensure clients receive the most appropriate treatments and services.

Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing initiatives. Maintain visually appealing retail displays, manage stock levels, and ensure products are well presented. Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining confidential client records and adhering to company policies.
