Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Job Locations: Bhavnagar – Onsite Ahmedabad – Initially Remote (Temporary), later Onsite Salary: No bar for the right candidate Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Male -female prefered Job Summary As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, generating qualified meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outbound outreach. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries.
Generate qualified leads, meetings, and product demo opportunities through outbound outreach. Engage decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other prospecting channels. Research companies, target accounts, and buying signals to identify business opportunities.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads before handing them over to the Sales team. Create personalized outreach campaigns to increase response and conversion rates. Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and nurture relationships.
Re-engage inactive leads and revive stalled opportunities. Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in interacting with business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers. Strong prospect research and lead qualification skills. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) and sales engagement tools.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills Experience selling SaaS, AI, IT, or software solutions.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools. Understanding of B2B sales processes and outbound sales strategies. Ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
