Commercial Sales Manager โ Real Estate Location: Wadala, Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to drive sales for commercial real estate projects at our Wadala location. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with experience in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end sales of commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, references, and direct client interactions. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth closure of deals. Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 5+ years of experience in Commercial Sales within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of commercial property sales and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle HNI/UHNI clients and corporate clients. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
Preferred Skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
