Supply Chain Manager

Confidential Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager Location: M42 Corridor Salary: Circa £60,000 + Benefits We're exclusively supporting a small manufacturing group based along the M42 corridor in the appointment of a Supply Chain Manager. This is a broad, hands-on position with a strong focus on subcontractor services, combining procurement, tender management, supplier relationship management and logistics across the group. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business has a high performing external supply chain capable of supporting operational delivery and future growth. We're looking for an experienced supply chain professional who ideally brings: Experience within manufacturing (essential) with a preference for experience in regulated sectors such as aerospace, automotive, defence or similar. Strong experience managing subcontractor services and supplier relationships. Procurement, sourcing and tender management expertise. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills. Experience balancing procurement, supplier management and logistics responsibilities. This is a full-time, site-based position with no hybrid or home working available.
