Enhance data transparency as a Data Controls and Lineage Analyst with the Chief Data Office in Bedford, Canada. This role is focused on documenting the data lifecycle and ensuring compliance through effective data practices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Critical Data Elements (CDEs) are accurately documented from their source to their final report consumption.
Collaborate closely with Data Management Offices and Data Stewards to implement best practices in data lineage reporting. Your work will identify opportunities to optimize processes and provide valuable insights to improve overall efficiency within the team. Key Responsibilities: • Document lineage of Critical Data Elements from source to report • Work with Data Management Offices for best practices • Share data lineage artifacts and avoid duplication • Identify optimization options for data processes • Enhance team knowledge in data lineage development Requirements: • 1-2 years’ experience in data analysis or management • Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools • Understanding of SOX compliance and governance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Utilize your analytical prowess to enrich the data environment within the Chief Data Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
