Telecommunications Network Analyst Role

Enhance network performance as a Telecommunications Analyst with Halton District School Board, located at J.W. Singleton Education Centre. Spearhead the installation and management of telecommunications solutions for optimal service delivery.

As a key member of the Information Services team, you will coordinate with various departments and vendors to ensure high-quality telecommunications services across HDSB locations. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, issue resolution, and asset documentation. This role also encourages mentoring practices amongst team members to foster skills and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities: • Install and document network solutions across locations • Oversee network monitoring and troubleshooting • Implement security measures and manage vulnerabilities • Create and execute patch management plans • Guide Information Services staff in troubleshooting Requirements: • 3-year diploma in related IT field • 5 years of experience in networking • Certification in security preferred • Effective time management • Ability to lift and carry equipment Contribute your skills to elevate HDSB's telecommunication network and support the educational community effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
