This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in a project-led environment and excels at bridging the gap between complex financial needs and technical ERP solutions.

Key Project-Based Responsibilities Post-Acquisition System Integration: Support the financial system integration process during corporate acquisitions by conducting comprehensive data mapping, gap analysis, and ensuring accurate data migration and system harmonization across GL, HCM, and Fixed Assets. Requirements Gathering & ERP Configuration: Partner closely with Finance and IT teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. Translate these needs into functional specifications and implementation blueprints for core Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

Bill 52-109 Control Framework: Analyze and map financial system workflows to ensure strict compliance; assist in documenting and reviewing Bill 52-109 financial controls, and act as a key functional contact for internal and external auditors. Workflow Optimization & Process Automation: Evaluate existing financial workflows to identify inefficiencies, proposing data-driven process enhancements and automated solutions that support future corporate growth and scalability. Release Assessment & UAT Support: Analyze the impact of quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and patches on existing business processes.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, while providing advanced functional troubleshooting for system bottlenecks. Documentation & Training Delivery: Author and maintain comprehensive functional design documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides. Develop and deliver tailored training programs optimized for post-acquisition team integrations.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (A CPA designation, CBAP certification, or Oracle Certified Professional status is a strong asset). Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a deep functional focus on General Ledger (GL), Intercompany transactions, HCM, and Fixed Assets modules. Proven track record of supporting large-scale ERP implementations, process mapping, and post-acquisition financial system integrations.

Soft Skills You are a meticulous, analytical problem-solver who can effortlessly translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, making you a master at collaborating with diverse, cross-functional business units. You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining a deeply collaborative teammate who is ready to roll up your sleeves for technical troubleshooting.
