Job Description
We’re hiring an AI Workflow & Automation Technician for our healthcare and insurance brokerage businesses. This is not a traditional sales, marketing, finance or admin role. We’re looking for an AI-native person who can help our brokers and operations team work faster, smarter and more consistently using tools like Claude & Chat, automation platforms and modern workflow systems. You’ll help improve claims management, client onboarding, renewal preparation, proposal packs, CRM notes, insurer comparison workflows, follow-ups, internal templates and day-to-day broker support. You don’t need to be a software developer or a qualified insurance broker. You do need to be practical, curious, organised, careful with confidential information, and good at helping non-technical people use AI safely. Role: AI Workflow & Automation Technician Sector: Health insurance brokerage / employee benefits Location: Birmingham / West Midlands preferred Salary: £28,000–£42,000 depending on experience Interested?
