Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management β€’ Lead and manage multiple Team Leaders and Collection Executives to achieve business objectives. β€’ Drive team productivity through regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring. β€’ Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and monitor achievement. β€’ Conduct daily operational reviews and strategy meetings with Team Leaders. β€’ Ensure adequate staffing, roster management, and workforce planning. β€’ Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning & Development team to enhance team capability. β€’ Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Collection Operations β€’ Manage end-to-end collections across Pre-Due, Soft Bucket, Hard Bucket, and Recovery portfolios as assigned. β€’ Monitor collection performance and ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets. β€’ Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recoveries and minimize delinquency. β€’ Review high-value and escalated customer accounts and provide resolution within policy guidelines. β€’ Ensure effective follow-up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments and overdue accounts.β€’ Monitor bucket movement and initiate corrective actions to reduce roll rates. Portfolio Management β€’ Track portfolio performance and maintain healthy collection efficiency. β€’ Analyze delinquency trends and recommend strategies to improve portfolio quality. β€’ Review daily MIS reports and drive action plans for underperforming portfolios. β€’ Monitor key collection metrics and ensure continuous improvement. Key Metrics β€’ Collection Efficiency β€’ Roll Rate β€’ Delinquency % β€’ Recovery % β€’ PTP Conversion β€’ RPC (Right Party Contact) β€’ Resolution Rate β€’ Productivity per Executive β€’ Team Target Achievement Compliance & Risk Management β€’ Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, Fair Practices Code (FPC), internal collection policies, and regulatory requirements. β€’ Promote ethical and customer-centric collection practices across the team. β€’ Monitor quality scores, customer complaints, and compliance audits. β€’ Escalate fraud, skip cases, legal matters, and high-risk accounts to the appropriate stakeholders. β€’ Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. MIS & Performance Reporting β€’ Review and publish daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS reports. β€’ Analyze collection trends and present performance updates to senior management. β€’ Monitor team productivity and prepare action plans for performance improvement. β€’ Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of operational metrics.β€’ Identify opportunities to automate and streamline collection processes. β€’ Drive productivity improvement initiatives using technology and analytics. β€’ Recommend and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Eligibility / Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory). DRA Certification will be an added advantage. Experience Required 3–4 years of experience in Collections within an NBFC, Bank, or FinTech. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leading a collections team.

Experience in unsecured loan collections (Personal Loan, Consumer Loan, Business Loan, or Digital Lending) is preferred.
