Travel Expert — Full-time Ibn Batuttah Travel Info Pvt Ltd Location: Delhi NCR (office being set up) Work Mode: Full-time (Office) Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in travel industry Start: Immediate SALARY:- 33000/month. — About Us Ibn Batuttah is a travel technology platform that connects mid-size travel agents with the global travel market. We onboard travel vendors and provide them a powerful dashboard to create holiday packages, access worldwide flight and hotel inventory, and set their own pricing — giving them a global reach they never had before. Our user platform allows travellers to compare package rates from multiple vendors, explore flights and hotels, and build their own custom packages using precise day-by-day planning — with real-time availability, accurate timings, sightseeing schedules, and smart logic that ensures every itinerary is valid and bookable.

Users can also compare their self-created packages against what our onboarded travel agents offer. This is a completely new concept in the travel industry — and we are looking for a Travel Expert to be part of our core team from Day 1. We are currently in pre-launch phase, registered in Bihar, and actively setting up our office in Delhi NCR.

Website development is complete and we are targeting launch by end of July 2026. Website: — What you will be doing • Vendor management — onboard, guide, and support travel agents on our platform. Help them create better packages, set competitive pricing, and make the most of our tools • Travel trend research — stay updated on trending destinations, seasonal demand, ,what travellers are looking for • Rate competition analysis — work with the price analyst to monitor competitor rates across platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Expedia Agoda etc.) and advise vendors on pricing strategies • Dispute resolution — handle disputes between vendors and users.

Review evidence, communicate with both parties, and help admin reach fair decisions • Website testing — before and after launch, test the travel flow on our website. Identify gaps in the booking process, itinerary logic, sightseeing availability, and pricing accuracy from a travel expert's perspective • Work with developer — communicate required changes, improvements, and new features to the development team based on your travel knowledge • Brainstorm with the founder — your ideas and suggestions will be heard and considered. You are not just an employee — you are part of building something new — Skills & knowledge required • Strong knowledge of the travel industry — destinations, tour packages, hotel categories, flight booking, visa processes • Understanding of how travel agents operate — pricing, markup, package creation, customer handling • Good research skills — ability to track travel trends, seasonal pricing, and competitor activity • Excellent communication — you will be talking to vendors, coordinating with developers, and reporting to the founder • Attention to detail — spotting errors in itineraries, pricing mistakes, or flow issues on the website • Basic computer skills — comfortable using web-based dashboards, email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets • Experience working at a travel agency, tour operator, or OTA (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Thomas Cook etc.) • Knowledge of international destinations — especially Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia • Basic understanding of GST on travel services • Experience handling customer complaints or disputes • Familiarity with hotel/flight booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia) — Who we are looking for • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the travel industry (travel agency, tour operator, OTA, or similar) • Someone who is passionate about travel — not just as a job, but as an interest • Someone who can think from both the vendor's and the traveller's perspective • Self-starter — we are a startup, you won't be micromanaged.
