Lending - Presales Consultant

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Lending Banking and Financial Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer engagements, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses. This role requires a strong blend of banking domain expertise, client-facing consulting capability, and solution-oriented thinking.

This role requires a strong blend of banking domain expertise, client-facing Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored lending banking solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical presentations for prospective clients. Support RFP/RFI responses and prepare high-quality solution proposals aligned with customer requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert for lending banking solutions and articulate the business value of the platform to clients. Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer expectations with product capabilities. Deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and client discussions highlighting the platform’s unique value proposition.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the lending and fintech ecosystem. Engage with both business and technical stakeholders during the pre-sales lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within Banking or Fintech organizations.

Strong understanding of Lending Banking concepts, digital lending platforms, LOS/LMS ecosystems, and banking operations. Proven experience in handling RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach toward customer engagements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business engagements as required.

Preferred Skills Experience working with Banking Product Companies or Fintech platforms. Exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Digital Lending, or Retail Banking platforms. Familiarity with enterprise banking transformation programs and solution consulting engagements.
