Your Role As a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Advisory, you will focus on understanding client needs and providing project planning advice to owners and investors of infrastructure and real estate assets in both the private and public sectors.

You will have the autonomy and opportunity to deliver innovative solutions and provide expert advice from concept and feasibility through to project construction. Responsibilities Collaborate to prepare for prospective client discovery calls Meet with prospective clients in discovery calls, understand the questions to ask and avenues to explore to inform preparation of proposals Contribute to winning proposals and participate in compelling client presentations Set up and manage IA projects according to Colliers Project Management System, ensuring quality compliance Support the preparation of business cases, proposals, presentations, and contribute to business development Perform due diligence and detailed analysis that will help develop comprehensive strategies and business plans in support of client investments Apply exceptional writing skills to prepare reports for a broad variety of assignments Build on your understanding of the Canadian advisory marketplace and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and major infrastructure projects across the country Demonstrate adaptability and support overall delivery of IA services across our main service lines of P3 & Transaction Advisory, Capital Project Feasibility, Project & Program Governance, Infrastructure Portfolio Assessment and Strategy, and Strategic Procurement Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Architecture or a related mix of academic and practical experience MBA or master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an asset 8+ years of experience in a similar advisory role, consulting to public and private sector clients A broad skill set including strong presentation and stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing, organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and writing skills Solid financial and general Excel modeling skills Experience in roads, transportation, buildings, and energy infrastructure is an asset Excellent verbal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interpret and compile information and articulate findings Demonstrated writing ability and aptitude for compiling well‑thought‑out and concise summaries, reports and recommendations that provide outstanding value to clients A positive outlook and energetic disposition with clients, along with the ability to effectively influence positive client decisions Excellent relationship‑building and collaboration skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and external industry subject matter experts High level of critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset Eligibility Requirements Prior to applying, please review the Government of Canada security screening requirements to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements to obtain Secret level clearance. Onboarding Support As part of the Colliers onboarding process, you will be supported and brought up to speed in our corporate quality management system, corporate policies, and project management responsibilities and standards which we uphold in the delivery of quality services to our clients. Compensation Expected Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 per year (CAD). Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
