Shift Manager

PM Shift Supervisor! We are currently recruiting for a PM Shift Supervisor to join us at our Avonmouth Depot . We're always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. Our PM Shift also knows as Twilight typically starts between 14:00 dependant on volumes working any 5 days in 7, full flexibility required to cover the operation. Our PM Shift Warehouse Supervisor is a key role working with our Day Shift Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day operation in our Depot where you will lead teams of Loaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer. You'll be joining our business as a key member of the Depot Management team. Working under the Dayshift Manager, you will support your Depot by providing strong man-management to all front-line staff on your shift. You will supervise a mixed team of contracted and agency staff across our day shifts. This Shift is key to our business as it is when we process the growing returns part of our business as well as parcels collected from our network of Parcel Shops.

Manage a team of up to 30 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shift Develop and train reports and ensure SLA's are hit for the day shift Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables Management experience of leading and managing a team PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements
