Job Description
Experience: 8β12 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to support aircraft inspection activities during annual audits, aircraft delivery, and re-delivery projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in aircraft maintenance and inspections, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities β’ Conduct physical inspections of aircraft during annual audits, delivery, and re-delivery projects. β’ Assess aircraft condition and verify compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. β’ Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical documentation. β’ Coordinate inspection schedules and activities with internal teams, customers, MROs, CAMO teams, and other external stakeholders. β’ Liaise with airlines, lessors, maintenance providers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution. β’ Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of inspection-related activities. β’ Identify technical issues and recommend corrective actions. β’ Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and quality standards. β’ Support technical due diligence and project execution throughout aircraft transition projects. β’ Act as the primary technical point of contact for inspection-related matters.
Required Qualifications β’ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. β’ 8β12 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, technical inspections, or aviation engineering. β’ Prior experience in aircraft physical inspections, annual audits, aircraft delivery/re-delivery, or maintenance activities. β’ Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and aviation regulations. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. β’ Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and project management skills. β’ Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation with a high level of accuracy. β’ Willingness to travel for aircraft inspection and audit assignments as required. Preferred Skills β’ Experience working with airlines, MROs, CAMO organizations, aircraft leasing companies, or aviation consulting firms. β’ Knowledge of EASA, FAA, and DGCA regulations. β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. β’ Ability to manage multiple inspection projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
