Associate Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition. Candidates must be interested in field sales and comfortable with customer acquisition activities. Job Summary The Associate Manager – Acquisition (CASA) is responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, driving liability growth, and achieving sales targets through effective prospecting, relationship building, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve acquisition targets. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.

Cross-sell relevant banking products and digital services. Ensure accurate account opening documentation and compliance with KYC/AML guidelines. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive activation and retention.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory. Candidates should have a stable employment history and relevant banking sales experience. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
