Change Manager Location: Thane Key Responsibilities: Strong Governance & Approval Process & Use Change Advisory Board (CAB) for risk evaluation. Prepare and share monthly and quarterly reports for transactions, performance, and compliance with clients.

Skills of working and coordinating with multiple functioning department for data. Track and manage reporting systems for multiple services. Support automation of reports and help improve reporting processes.

Join regular calls with internal teams and banks to resolve issues. Ensure reports meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Help with tasks like file transfers, encryption, and system updates.

Monitoring & Post-Deployment Validation. Communication & Stakeholder Management. Documentation & Knowledge Management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. 5 -8 years of experience in Change management end to end lifecycle with expertise on reporting or MIS. Good knowledge of Excel and basic MS office with experience with tools. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
