Business Manager

About the Role We're working with a leading wealth management organisation to appoint an experienced Business Manager. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in wealth management who can partner with senior leaders to drive business performance, operational excellence and organisational change. The Role You'll work closely with regional leadership teams to: Deliver business plans and support regional growth.

Drive commercial performance through reporting, planning and business insight. Lead the implementation of strategic, regulatory and operational change initiatives. Oversee business planning, budgeting, governance and performance management.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client outcomes. Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement. About You To be successful, you'll have: Demonstrable experience working within a wealth management business Experience in a business management, commercial, operational or business enablement role.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret performance data to influence decision-making. A track record of delivering change and working across multiple stakeholder groups. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
