Job Description Job Description We are a custom window treatment business (window shades, draperies, shutters, blinds), serving select cities in DFW. We are looking for some back office/administrative support as we grow. In this role you will be reporting directly to the owner and coordinating daily with our install & sales teams.

We offer remote-first flexibility, plus room to grow into a General Manager role with full-time salary and benefits Office manager responsibilities: Maintaining accurate customer records in Solatech and GoHighLevel Intaking new leads - qualifying them and gathering all necessary info. Answering basic questions Scheduling sales appointments for our sales people Preparing quotes for clients and getting orders prepped & ready for final approval before submission Project management - tracking shipments of all jobs in real time & monitoring progress through shared spreadsheet Scheduling installations.
Once shipments have arrived, coordinating with installer and client on available times, then scheduling on Outlook calendar and in GoHighLevel CRM Providing our install team with project details and installer forms so they are prepared for the week's jobs Contacting manufacturers for remake requests and product questions Following up with clients we have quoted Requesting Google reviews from happy clients Collecting deposits and final payments. Sending out e-sign document to clients What we'll need from you: A highly organized individual who can stay on top of multiple tasks at once and wear many hats with ease Someone who is great with people and thrives during client communication Someone who is able and willing to reply to customers inquiries within 20 minutes during business hours. Time is money and we can't have new inquiries sitting unanswered for hours A motivated person who can take tasks or projects and run with them by taking ownership of the job at hand Located in Dallas.
We'll do occasional training days at our office in Mockingbird Station. The job is mainly remote but we do occasional fun team building get-togethers A background in administrative support or project management Saturday availability strongly preferred but not required (this is often our busiest new-lead day of the week) Tech savvy. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel), and ability to learn new systems such as our CRM and quoting software (GoHighLevel, Solatech) Compensation & Hours: This role will be part-time 15-20 hours per week to start.
Starting pay is $20-25 an hour with room for more responsibility and hours available as we grow. There will be opportunity for career advancement to be promoted to the General Manager which comes with increased pay and full-time salary/benefits Your position will be remote-first. We do want someone in Dallas who can meet with our team for training or bonding activities in-person approximately once per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
