We are looking for a Delivery Manager (Strategic Modelling) to join our team.

This role will be based at our AtkinsRéalis office in Bangalore/Gurgaon, India. How will you contribute to the team? Essential requirements - Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in transport planning/ transportation engineering) Working experience (15+ years) in Transport Planning software like VISUM, CUBE, EMME, SATURN, DIADEM.

Experience and knowledge of Strategic Modelling techniques and guidance. Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel Able to write a quality technical report Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project Experience in leading smaller teams as part of a project delivery Good written communication skills Be able to work individually. Desirable requirements- Be highly self-motivated and ambitious.

Be able to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers. Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients. Knowledge and experience of UK or US regional modelling guidance and approaches Experience in the use of analytical and research tools such as GIS and the use of databases An appreciation of the transport industry and related policy context Professional membership of a relevant institution.

Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
