Assistant Manager - A Spiritual Organization and charitable Trust - Bengaluru Job Summary: Our client is keen to hire a finance professional for the role of Assistant Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves managing the general ledger, preparing financial statements, MIS reports, supporting tax filings, coordinating with auditors and managing the team.

Now it is widely spread in 100+ countries across the globe with 600+ centers. Location: Kanakapura road (near Metro station) Designation: Assistant Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Managed end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Performed bank, vendor, customer reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Handle General Ledger accounting, month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and preparation of financial statements. Ensured timely payment of statutory dues, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other regulatory obligations.

Prepared and review Management Information System (MIS) reports, annual financial statements, cash flow reports, and other financials for management decision-making. Coordinated with internal and external auditors by providing schedules, supporting documents, and responding to audit queries. Monitored cash flow, bank balances, and working capital requirements to ensure smooth operations.

Reviewed accounting entries and financial transactions to ensure compliance with organisation policies and regulatory requirements. Guide, train, and supervise junior accountants to ensure adherence accounting procedures and timely completion of tasks. Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Hands‑on experience in preparing MIS reports and financial statements. Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel . Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and clear communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Education: CA inter / B. Com / M.
