Role Overview The Manager – Client Solutions plays a pivotal role in accelerating Zyeta’s growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving high-impact business wins.
This role is built for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving client success. You are the voice of the client, translating complex requirements into elegant solutions, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and ensuring every project reflects Zyeta's commitment to quality and excellence. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing client expectations with operational realities to deliver transformative workplace solutions.
You own the complete client lifecycle from initial solutioning through successful project delivery and ongoing client advocacy, building lasting partnerships that drive repeat business and market reputation. Key Responsibilities Business Generation & Client Acquisition • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with Zyeta’s strategic goals. • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through networking, market intelligence, industry events, and proactive outreach. • Lead the complete pursuit lifecycle: proposals, pitches, client meetings, and commercial negotiations. • Build long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers to drive conversions and repeat business. • Ensure every client engagement reflects Zyeta’s values, capabilities, and commitment to excellence. Client Solutioning & Strategy • Understand client needs, workplace challenges, and business priorities to shape impactful design and build solutions. • Collaborate with design, project management, and technical teams to build competitive and compelling proposals. • Clearly articulate Zyeta’s value proposition of quality, precision, strategy, and experience across all client touchpoints. • Support workshops, capability presentations, and strategic reviews that strengthen client alignment and confidence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution expectations. • Participate in key client interactions throughout the project lifecycle to reinforce trust and service excellence. • Provide structured market and client insights to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement. • Maintain strong communication rhythms to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project delivery. Market Advocacy & Brand Representation • Represent Zyeta with professionalism, clarity, and conviction in all client and market interactions. • Contribute to case studies, thought leadership, and client success stories that showcase Zyeta's impact and capabilities. • Participate in industry events, conferences, and knowledge-sharing forums to strengthen Zyeta's market position. • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance Zyeta's capabilities and market reach. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s /Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. • Successful sales or business development experience in the design & build industry or adjacent sectors. • A track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and deal-qualification skills. • Exceptional communication, client engagement, and negotiation expertise.
