About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embryo Lab Manager to lead and oversee our IVF laboratory operations. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of embryology practices, lab quality, and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise along with the ability to manage lab processes, maintain compliance, and support a high-performance clinical team in delivering exceptional fertility care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the IVF laboratory, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Perform and supervise advanced embryology procedures including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation, and embryo biopsy (PGT) Maintain strict quality control and quality assurance protocols within the lab Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and ethical standards Monitor lab performance metrics and continuously work towards improving success rates Manage and maintain lab equipment, calibration, and inventory of consumables Train, mentor, and supervise embryology staff to ensure adherence to best practices Collaborate closely with clinicians and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care Maintain accurate documentation and records for all lab procedures Stay updated with the latest advancements in embryology and implement best practices Required Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology / Life Sciences or related field 5–7 years of hands-on experience in an IVF laboratory Strong expertise in IVF, ICSI, embryo grading, and cryopreservation techniques Experience in handling lab audits, quality standards, and compliance protocols High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Good communication and collaboration skills What We’re Looking For A strong sense of ownership and accountability Commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment A collaborative and team-first mindset
