Job Title: Application Analyst (Remote) Job ID: 88818 Location: Boulevard, Irving Overview The Application Analyst II provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for a diverse portfolio of clinical and backâoffice applications within a large, multiâregional healthcare system. This role is responsible for incident and problem management, application troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and ensuring optimal performance of critical business and clinical systems. The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting thirdâparty clinical applications (nonâimaging), demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and have a solid understanding of ITILâbased service management practices.
What you will be doing: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for mediumâtoâhigh complexity clinical and business applications. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve applicationârelated incidents while ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs). Participate in an onâcall rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical application environments.
Follow ITILâbased incident, problem, and change management processes, including support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 application outages. Coordinate issue resolution efforts and recommend preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within ticketing and knowledge management systems, including workarounds, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, database, and technical support teams to identify and resolve systemârelated issues affecting application performance. Coordinate application updates, code changes, and issue remediation efforts with thirdâparty vendors. Assist in identifying root causes of application issues and contribute to longâterm improvement initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to both internal and external users. Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. What you must have: Bachelorâs Degree required (proof of education required upon submission).
Experience supporting thirdâparty clinical applications within a healthcare environment (nonâimaging applications preferred). Strong understanding of application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution methodologies. Experience working within ITILâbased service management environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and enterprise application environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have: Experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications in a multiâsite healthcare system. Experience coordinating with software vendors and managing applicationârelated changes. Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical application environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
