The Bridge Group Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued domiciliary care client for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead and grow their service in Barry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator who is ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager role.

What we're looking for: Experience within a domiciliary care setting in a supervisory or management role. Currently working as a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator , or similar and looking to progress. Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or actively working towards it).

Strong knowledge of compliance and quality standards within CIW Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The Role: Lead the day-to-day running of the service.
