Responsibilities Manage new build housing developments from pre‑start through to completion and customer handover. Organise company and subcontractor resources to achieve build programmes and project milestones.

Monitor production levels and take proactive action to address programme shortfalls. Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors on site. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental legislation and company procedures.

Qualifications Previous Site Management experience within the residential sector. Strong understanding of housing construction, build programmes and quality standards. Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
