Automation Test Engineer

Title: Automation Test Engineer Location: PAN India Exp: 5+ Yrs Job Description: Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java . Build and enhance automation frameworks using TestNG , JUnit , or Maven . Execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins , Azure DevOps , or GitHub Actions . Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Analyze test results, log defects, and support defect resolution.

Maintain automation scripts, test data, and documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Required Skills 5+ years of relevant experience in Selenium Automation Testing.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java ( Mandatory ). Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG , JUnit , or Cucumber (BDD) . Strong knowledge of Maven or Gradle for build management.

Experience with Git for version control. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins , Azure DevOps , or GitHub Actions . Knowledge of API testing using Postman or REST Assured .

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools like JIRA . Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Playwright or Appium is an added advantage.

Knowledge of SQL and database validation. Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack , Sauce Labs , or LambdaTest . ISTQB Certification is preferred.
